EDIT: Note, I was looking at the Steam store page for the old "Complete Edition"; the new "The Complete Edition", although it still wrongly doesn't specify 64-bit, specifies Windows 7 SP1. ME was a continuation of "the DOS line of 32-bit Windows" (95, 98, ME) and is at this point in time fully, wholy and utterly obsolete.
