Wehad an 06 B7 A4 2.0T quattro for 3 years. We only saw 1 issue - two coil packs went out at once. In the car's defense there was a lot of road flooding when it happened. Had an '02 B6 A4 3.0 quattro - had for 25k (50k-75k) and had no issues at all. Currently have a 2009 B8 A4 3.2 quattro - 10k and no issues.
