I moved the router beside the tv when i hardwired it, but I think when ethernet is connected and then you try to connect to wifi it defaults to ethernet. So both speedtest tests were slow (55mbps). Unplugged the ethernet and now am getting 3x speed over 802.11ac 5GHZ (200mbps) and still around 55 over wireless N 2.4ghz. This thread is archived.
